How Long It Takes to Get Trial Version?
When you request a Trial version please use only business / university emails and official organization names and addresses. We do not send trial version on free emails like Gmail, web.de etc.
After request for trail version is submitted, you will get email to confirm it by clicking on a link in email.
Your request will be proceeded manually, and after final approval you will get the email with download link and your trial serial number, usually in 2-3 working days.
Kinetics Neo software is under Export Control regulations and it could take up to 6 working days if the responsible colleague is temporary not in office for some reasons. If you still have not get the trial version after 7 days after your request, then please inform us over Contact Us form and we will try to help you.
Are There Some Limitations in Kinetics Neo Trial version Compared To The Full Version?
Kinetics Neo trial version is full functioning software with the same functionality as the productive version.
The only limitation is that trial version is not running under virtual computer environment, the full version runs.
How Long Is The Trial Time Period?
30 calendar days after softwre activation.
When Starts The Trial Time Period?
Kinetics Neo trial time perios starts when the user activates the demo version with special serial number he has got in delivery email. The software activation is absolutely necessary to start using the software.
Installation, unistalling of the software doesn't affect the trial time period.
Can I Get Support?
Yes, as a user of trial version of Kinetics Neo you will get support.
This support is limited. It includes general questions about the software functionality, the user interface, and standard samples delivered with the software.
Other questions like using the software for your materials, your chemical reactions or measurements are not covered by this support.
