How Can I Smoothly Upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on a Computer with Installed Kinetics Neo?

If you plan to upgrade your computer from Windows 10 to Windows 11 please do the following:

1. Before starting the upgrade procedure please remove the Kinetics Neo license from the computer by using NETZSCH License Manager software. During this step the license will be marked as free on our licensing servers.
2. Do not uninstall Kinetics Neo (optional).
3. Proceed with the upgrade untill the Windows 11 will start normally and you can log in into the Windows 11.
4. Activate Kinetics Neo on computer which is upgraded to Windows 11. Online activation is very quick and preferred activation method.
